8 Strategies + Complete Frameworks

The complete
methodology.

Not a collection of tricks — a structured system for managing resistance, reading behavior, and navigating toward the truth in any high-stakes conversation where the subject has something to protect.

Defense Module — How to Survive an Interrogation
Understanding these strategies from the inside prepares you to face them. Press interviews, regulatory hearings, HR investigations, disciplinary proceedings — knowing what the other side is doing changes everything about how you respond.
The 4-Second Rule
The brain decides whether you're a threat, an ally, or neutral within the first four seconds. How you enter, your posture, your first words — all of this is covered in detail, because most interrogations are won or lost before the first question is asked.
S-01
Detail Question Strategy
Build a complete picture through specific verified details. A single detail proves nothing — ten verified details reveal everything. If the story is constructed, the cracks appear in the details.
S-02
Repeated Interrogation
Return to the same subjects from different angles at different moments. The true story doesn't get tired. The constructed one does — and on the third revisit, small slippages appear.
S-03
Systematic Strategy
Impose a complete chronological logic. Each episode analyzed from every angle before moving forward — What? When? Where? Who? How? Why? Every gap is explored.
S-04
Cross Interrogation
Multiple interrogators alternating pressure. One creates tension — the other becomes the refuge. The refuge has a price: information. Synchronization is critical.
S-05
Breaking the Alibi
Let them build the alibi in full detail first — time, location, people, route. The more detail, the easier to disprove. Only then examine the gaps.
S-06
Psychoanalytic Approach
Create an intimate, confessional atmosphere. For subjects carrying guilt, shame, or regret — verbalization brings relief. You don't force; you create the space where speaking feels better than silence.
S-07
Guilt Complex Tactic
Questions that activate the subject's self-image and values. Discomfort creates the need for resolution — through confession, explanation, or justification. Use with care: verify all results.
S-08
Strategic Use of Evidence
The moment you present evidence is as important as the evidence itself. Let them build the complete story first. Then introduce the single element that contradicts it — and let them manage the contradiction.

O'Neill
Lead Instructor — Interrogation
O'Neill
Interrogation · Debriefing · Behavioral Analysis · Source Recruitment
O'Neill has conducted interrogations in contexts that cannot be named, against subjects trained to resist, in environments where the stakes were not measured in business outcomes. Two decades of operational interrogation experience — including cases where the standard playbook failed and had to be rebuilt from first principles.

He speaks openly about what didn't work and why — because the failures taught him more than the successes, and because any instructor who only shares victories is teaching theory, not tradecraft.
"The most dangerous moment in interrogation is when you think you've won. That's exactly when the inexperienced interrogator relaxes — and the subject pulls back."
